Consummated Projects
 One of the examples of an easy raising building is a one-apartment residential construction “Lada”. It was erected in the city Yartsevo, Smolensk region, Russia. It’s a one-storey heated building, the total area is 72,6 m². In conformity with a requirements specification for designing, erecting of such a building is allowed in regions with temperature conditions up to—42°C. In this case an extra layer of warmth-lagging is put into faсade backing. As a roofing metal tiles or profiled sheet iron can be used.
This design is very popular, the building “Lada” meets requirements in particular on available and accessible house. It’s a construction of “an economic class”: one needn’t a large space, a building has high energy-saving characteristics and it’s economic while exploitation. The design provides for a garage – 93.3 m² – that quite satisfies needs of a family of 3 persons.
 Also in Yartsevo (Smolensk region, Russia) the building “Mitsar” is erected. It’s a private two-storeyed residential building, the total area with an annex is 188,25 m², living space – 79,69 m². On the ground floor there is a hall, a living-room and a kitchen and on the first floor – three bedrooms and a balcony. A faсade can be reveted with any material at customer’s discretion: brick, molded board, beam, profiled sheet iron, etc. Variants of warmed pargetted facade are possible as well as a great number of aired facades with the use of glass, stone, etc. The design provides for an annex which can be used as a chalet or a design can be changed and it will be a garage.
 Conjointly with the company “Masterbetonov” “Arsenal ST” takes part in the construction of a cottage village 20 km far from Rostov-on the-Don (Russia). Nowadays “Mitsar” has been already built. In this project building technology of light concrete molding into retained shuttering was used. At the moment of constructing the temperature was below zero, the blast – 12 m/s with wet snow. It was erected by 8 people and only one of them – a foreman – was an efficient builder.
 An example of a standard building up is a building in Berezniki (Perm region, Russia). Because of the accident at the salt-mine a part of a town began to descend under the ground and a necessity of an urgent resettlement appeared. So “Arsenal ST” delivered to Perm region (Russia) building sets of an 8-apartment residential construction. It’s a two-storeyed building for eight 2-roomed flats. On the whole 33 such buildings will be erected. And a doubtless advantage is the shortest constructing terms.
 In Yartsevo (Smolensk region, Russia) erecting of “Tyre Mounting” is coming to its end. It’s an industrial building. Its total area (including a garret) is 234 m². On the ground floor there is an area for tyre mounting and other offices.
